Our consulting programs become a simple line item in your overall construction budget. The best part is that they are spread out over the life of your construction loan. Yes, we have local and national lending partners that can assist you with your construction loan and pre-qualification. For now, the Internet search engines Yahoo and Google provide very good sources for finding house plans. » Does OwnerBuildPro offer scheduling of contractors? Yes. In some areas where we have a franchise office, construction scheduling can be done by your OwnerBuildPro consultant thereby relieving you of this duty. This is premium service over and above our regular offers, but it is available. This is just another way that OwnerBuildPro offers more. » What sort of savings or equity can be had when I act as my own owner builder Up to 25% savings is realistically possible on most projects. Since you control the budget and since you decide what to buy and how much to pay, your savings and equity is literally under your control.
